In India, the demand for qualified nursing professionals is increasing rapidly due to the continuous growth of private medical colleges, research institutes, corporate hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres, and blood banks.
The college is affiliated with Government Pentland District Hospital, Vellore, for clinical training. Students gain hands-on experience in various clinical areas, including medical, surgical, OBG, paediatrics, mental health, and community health.
